Conditions of Entry
By entering the facility, all patrons agree to comply with the following conditions.
1. General Conduct
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all users:
- All patrons must follow staff directions at all times.
- Abusive, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who does not comply with these conditions.
- Entry without payment or authorisation is prohibited.
2. Own Risk and Supervision
This facility operates without a lifeguard on duty. Entry and participation are at your own risk.
Parents, guardians, or support staff must:
- Maintain active supervision and not be distracted by phones or devices.
- Remain within the pool area.
3. Safety and Facility Rules
- Follow all pool safety signage and instructions.
- Wear appropriate swimwear at all times.
- Do not enter the pool if you or your child have a contagious illness such as flu, gastro, conjunctivitis, or similar.
4. Prohibited Items
The following are not permitted within the centre:
- Alcohol or drugs.
- Glass items such as bottles or containers.
- Weapons, knives, or sharp objects.
Management reserves the right to inspect bags where required.
5. Personal Responsibility and Liability
- Entry and participation in aquatic activities is at your own risk.
- The Centre accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- All patrons must take reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others.
6. Change Room and Privacy
- Cameras and mobile phones are strictly prohibited in change rooms.
- Respect the privacy of all patrons at all times.
7. Photography and Media
- Photography is permitted only with approval of Centre staff first.
- Photography is permitted only with consent of those being captured.
- Images must not be shared or published without permission.
Media representatives must:
- Register with management.
- Obtain appropriate consent.
8. Animals
- No animals are permitted, except for registered assistance animals.
9. Compliance
- All signage within the facility forms part of these conditions.
- Management decisions regarding rule interpretation are final.
